Gun River Watershed Planning Project June 2001-March 2004
The Gun River Watershed Planning Project is funded by Clean Water Act Section 319 Federal Funds through the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ). The MDEQ awarded a planning grant to the Allegan Conservation District in June of 2001. This project will formally close in March of 2004. Some basic accomplishments are highlighted below. A more complete description of the results of the planning project will be available as part of the Watershed Management Plan.
