2025 National No-Tillage Conference

2025 National No-Tillage Conference

Louisville, KY January 7-10, 2025

District Conservation Technician Jason Cass attended the National No-tillage Conference recently in a cold and snowy Louisville, KY. The presenters were farmers and ranchers of all kinds, experts and academics, equipment engineers and international speakers. Especially valuable are the farmer round-tables and experienced panels of producers sharing their stories. The focus was on regenerative agricultural issues like the benefits of no-tillage and strip-tillage planting operations, selecting, using, terminating cover crops, equipment needs and requirements, integrating grazing and forages, nutrient and pesticide applications, and more. If local producers have an interest in attending next year’s conference, contact Jason for scholarship information. Allegan.Admin@macd.org
